The Finissie.com online store is operated by Dínamoxigenado - Unipessoal Lda, headquartered at Rua Diogo Dias Nr. 96, 2870-272 Montijo, Setúbal, Portugal, registered with tax number (NIPC) 518435067, hereinafter referred to as «Finissie» or «we».
Finissie sells physical products manufactured by 3D printing (FDM/SLA/SLS), made-to-order. Each product is individually manufactured after payment confirmation.
Receipt of an order request does not constitute acceptance of a contract. The purchase contract is concluded when Finissie sends an order confirmation email to the customer, after payment verification.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate in Portugal.
As all products are made-to-order, the production lead time is 3 to 10 business days after payment confirmation, depending on product complexity and order volume.
Products are shipped to Portugal and European Union countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
As products are manufactured specifically to order (made-to-order), pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Finissie products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Finissie guarantees the quality of its products. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damaged in transit, you are entitled to:
In accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU on the sale of goods, Finissie products benefit from a 2-year legal conformity warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery.
Finissie's liability to the customer, for any cause and regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.
All content on Finissie.com, including images, 3D models, text, design, and logos, is the property of Dínamoxigenado - Unipessoal Lda or their respective owners, and is protected by copyright and industrial property rights.
The processing of personal data by Finissie complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679). By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes necessary to fulfil the contract.
