These terms govern the sale of FINISSIE pieces through finissie.com. Each work is produced on demand in our Milano atelier. 1. Orders & lead times — Estimated lead times are stated per product. We will notify you in writing if a piece is delayed. 2. Payment — Captured at checkout via Stripe. EUR is the base currency; other currencies are converted at quoted rates. 3. Shipping — Insured EU delivery is complimentary on orders over €600. Worldwide shipping is available on request. 4. Returns — 14 days, unworn, in original packaging. See the returns policy. 5. Warranty — Two-year electrical warranty.
